Ptl. Richard W. Cornell

Patrolman Richard W. Cornell, 85, passed away in Mechanicsburg, Pa. on July 12, 2012. Born in Cranston, Richard served in the U.S. Coast Guard – Merchant Marine during World War II. He served 23 years on the police department before retiring in 1973. He is survived by his four children; Mark, Paul, Stephanie, and Kim. Rest in Peace Brother.
